AML Holding a.s. is a Czech investment company founded in 2011. For more than 12 years, we have been connecting companies that conduct business mainly in the engineering industry. Each of these companies fulfils its long-term plans and is a completely independent entity. As a group, we offer our customers professional specialization, production tradition, innovative procedures and the economic security of a strong holding company.

Our Companies
The engineering group includes companies that do business in various fields of engineering production. Crucial fields are the production of trailers and semi-trailers, air-conditioning equipment, steel structures and custom processing and preparation of materials.
PANAV
We are one of the largest manufacturers of trailers and semi-trailers in Central and Eastern Europe, with more than a century of tradition. Our production program includes a wide range of road trailers and semi-trailers with a total weight of over 9 tons. The mainstay of our production are flat-bed lorry sets, flat-bed semi-trailers, semi-trailers for combined transport, tipping vehicles, container vehicles, fifth-wheel trailers, swap body carriers and low loaders.
CUTCO Steel
For more than 10 years, CUTCO Steel s.r.o. has been offering its customers optimal solutions for their orders. With the help of modern and precision machinery, we ensure the division, shaping, machining and surface treatment of materials. Our goal is to occupy a leading position on the Central European market through the use of the latest production technologies and investments in IT.
KLIMA
We are a traditional engineering manufacturing and servicing company with a long history of supplies focusing primarily on air handling technologies. We supplement our own production program with the production of machine parts and units according to the customer's documentation, the weight of which does not exceed 20 tons.
AML Aviation
The company works with aircraft operators that specialize in business jets. Our interest is focused on Cessna Citation aeroplanes; we are happy to provide you with a flying experience in this convenient and comfortable type of aeroplane or arrange for you to rent one.
The establishment of the Lenka and Roman Šmidberský Foundation in 2015 was part of a vision of how to turn one's success into good and help others. Contributing to improving the lives of people who are limited by a handicap or disadvantaged social background is in line with our responsible approach to society and life in general.
